Posts on Classless Kids have been few and far between, maybe you noticed, maybe you didn't, maybe you care, maybe you don't.
Whatever. This seems like a good time to go on a formal hiatus, but it's not goodbye, just smell ya later...
I leave you with this.
peace,
the kid
December is the final month of 2015. It's busy. It's cold. It's Dece.
listen.
This month say yes more...
Unless of course it is a dumb idea, then like, be realistic about it and say no.
Stay chill.
October and these tracks have something in common.
They dope. Dive right in. Don't even ask, just do it.
Posts have been few and far between of late, but oh well.
Here are songs.
Lissin.
If you don't think this track is catchy then you likely don't have ears.
Bieber is killing it on the acoustic version.
Some shiny, shimmery pop via this Royal Tongue rework of the Step Rockets burner.
This is a jam. Enough said.
Turn this one up and let it sweep you away. Kinda hazy, but just melodic enough to reach for the repeat button.
New Odesza for the people. Vibes.
Music is neat. Make a playlist. It's fun.
James Bay is on the rise, and rightfully so with a voice like his.
Bearson puts all the tropical vibes in a blender with Mr. Bay's soothing vocals and the result is a late summer banger.
Enjoy.
Heads up y'all, the summer isn't over yet.
Go be romantic for a pretty girl or pretty boy.
RAC is just dope.
dance floor.
dance floor.
dance floor.
Sometimes y'all just gotta do it. Don't be frightened.
go4it.
K-OS letting everyone know he is still a force to be reckoned with. Don't sleep on the man.
The Chainsmokers never fail to drop the heat. Grabbing features from artists that are on the absolute edge of breaking out each and every time certainly helps. Turn up.
Big news out of the Dale Earnhardt Jr Jr camp. The band has decided to drop the Dale Earnhardt part and simply go by Jr Jr.
As long as they keep cooking up fire like this I don't care what they're called. Dive into "Gone" below y'all.
I saw the one and only Yeezus this past weekend at Bluesfest and to say that I'm listening to anything else or thinking about anything else is a bit of a lie.
The only other thing that keeps creeping into my lid is how unbelievable Shakey Graves set was. That voice is haunting in the best possible way.
Peep an older one here for Audiotree.
The Growlers blew me away this past weekend at Bluesfest.
Hazy daze. Check out Chinese Fountain. Very solid record.
New Born Ruffians for the people.
New album Ruff is coming October 2nd via Paper Bag Records. Also announced were some local shows:
L3, St. Catharines - September 18th
The Casbah, Hamilton - September 19th
Fire emoji + alien emoji.
This is a summer jam. Y'all know what to do with it.
Massey Hall is one of the best venues in Toronto/the world. So much history and it always sounds dope.
Classless favourite Shad was there back in March and legit tore the roof off the place. I've been to many shows, but this one felt special, words just cannot do the vibe justice. The folks at liveatmasseyhall.com have dropped the footage of the set and it is so well done. It's as close to being there as one can get. Dive in and show love to Canada's kid.
